ACS Wagers is committed to providing complete, ongoing support for our HRS Pro software.

If you have:

  • Downloaded and installed the latest version of HRS Pro,
  • Reviewed the HRS Pro Frequently Asked Questions,
  • Reviewed the HRS Pro context sensitive help (press F1 on any HRS Pro screen),
  • Reviewed the HRS Pro Help file from the Help menu in HRS Pro,
  • Reviewed the HRS Pro User's Guide,
  • Contacted the state to which you are reporting to,

and still require help with your questions or problems, please seek support in the following order:

Primary Support:

Primary support for HRS Pro software is provided by the states to which you report unclaimed property. Please call the state FIRST if you have questions or problems using the HRS Pro software or have any questions regarding unclaimed property for the state you are reporting to. State specific contact information can be viewed by going to the state guidelines option tab in HRS Pro, clicking on the contact info option, and selecting the state you want to contact from the drop down box. You can also find contact information by going to the state information FAQ page and looking under the question how do I find state contact information? to find more about contacting the state.

States that currently accept HRS Pro-generated NAUPA-format unclaimed property submission files are:

If the state to which you are reporting cannot resolve your problem, they will call us. ACS Wagers will then contact you directly with a solution to your problem. Please give to your state contact as much information about the problem as possible so that we may quickly resolve the issue. We need the following information:

1) Your name, company name, telephone number and email address.

2) The version and build number of the HRS Pro sofware you are using.

3) The state or states to which you are reporting unclaimed property.

4) A detailed description of your problem.

If, after following the above procedures, you still need help, complete the online support request form. We will answer your question(s) as quickly as possible. Responses could be delayed several days depending on support volume. Please include all the information requested above. Support for our client state's holders is provided at no charge.

Telephone Support and Support for Non-Client State's Holders:

If you wish to speak with us directly, we will provide HRS Pro software support at the rate of $50 per incident. ACS Wagers will require you either to provide a corporate purchase order or to prepay support by company check. If you wish to purchase annual support, including email notification of new releases and telephone support, you may purchase an annual direct support contract for $250 per year for 5 incidents.
