How do I find state contact information?
For the latest contact information, go to www.unclaimed.org.
(Click on the Professionals link, then the Holders link, and then on State Contacts) to get a listing for a states information.
You can also run HRS-Pro and go to the state guidelines option tab, clicking on the contact info option, and selecting the state
you want to contact from the drop down box.
What are the states to which I can send unclaimed property using the ACS Wagers Holder Reporting System
(HRS Pro)?
You can submit unclaimed property to any state for which state specific contact information is displayed by going to
the state guidelines option tab in HRS-Pro, clicking on the contact info option, and selecting the state you
want to contact from the drop down box. If no state specific contact information is displayed, it is your responsibility
to contact the current report's state (See question about how do I find state contact information?) to verify
that the state's unclaimed property office will accept NAUPA formatted files or only printed reports from HRS-Pro.
What do I do if the state can't answer my question(s) about HRS-Pro?
If you have already contacted the state to which you will submit your report and still need assistance and have gone through the
steps on the support page then please fill out the online support request form.
