Why I am not able to download the software?

In Internet Explorer... Choose Tools from the Top Menu, Internet Options / Security tab / and notice the Internet Zone select on top Click CUSTOM LEVEL button
In the Security Settings window, scroll down to DOWNLOADS section
Enable AUTOMATIC PROMPTING FOR FILE DOWNLOADS

This enables and will now visually show the FILE DOWNLOAD questions
